Eligibility

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the platform. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account. 

Account Responsibilities 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ImoJobs immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ImoJobs will not be liable for any loss or damage coming from your failure to protect your account information. 

User Conduct 

You agree to use ImoJobs only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: 

·      Posting false or misleading job listings. 

·      Using the platform to harass, defraud, or discriminate against individuals. 

·      Transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. 

·      Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform’s functionality or security. 

ImoJobs reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or its users. 

Job Posting Policy 

When posting job listings on ImoJobs, you agree to adhere to the following guidelines: 

·      Provide accurate and truthful information about the job, including job title, description, qualifications, and compensation. 

·      Make sure that job postings comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment discrimination. 

·      Do not post any content that promotes illegal activities or contains discriminatory language. 

ImoJobs reserves the right to review and remove any job postings that do not comply with these guidelines or that are deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. 

Fees and Payments 

ImoJobs may charge fees for certain features or services, such as premium job postings or enhanced visibility options. Fees are outlined on the platform and are subject to change. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms specified. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or removal of your job postings or account. 

All payments must be made using the payment methods accepted by ImoJobs. You are responsible for making sure that your payment information is accurate and up-to-date. 

Intellectual Property 

ImoJobs and its affiliates own all rights, titles, and interests in and to the platform, including all intellectual property rights. You may not use any content from ImoJobs, including logos, trademarks, or proprietary information, without explicit permission from ImoJobs. 

You grant ImoJobs a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content you post on the platform, including job listings and related materials. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. 

Privacy and Data Protection 

ImoJobs is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

By using ImoJobs, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. 

Dispute Resolution 

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ImoJobs will be resolved in accordance with the following procedures: 

·      Informal Resolution: You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting ImoJobs support. 

·      Formal Resolution: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an arbitration body chosen by ImoJobs. 

Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings. The arbitration award will be final and binding. 

Limitation of Liability 

ImoJobs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or these Terms. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, including those related to job postings, employment outcomes, or third-party content. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImoJobs, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms. 

Program Changes 

ImoJobs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform, including features, services, and these Terms, at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or other means, and you are responsible for reviewing and understanding any modifications. 

If ImoJobs terminates the platform or your access, you will not be entitled to any compensation or reimbursement for any losses incurred as a result. 

Termination 

ImoJobs reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform, with or without cause, at any time. Termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if ImoJobs decides to discontinue its services. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and any content obtained from it. 

General Terms 

Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImoJobs operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction. 

Severability 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. 

Entire Agreement 

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ImoJobs regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. 

Waiver 

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. ImoJobs retains the right to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time.
